🎭 Giving the AI a role

If you tell the AI who to pretend to be, its answers change voice and become tailor-made.

When you play pretend, one friend becomes the doctor, another the teacher, and each speaks differently. You can do the same with AI: just give it a role. If you write "Pretend to be a patient history teacher", it will answer calmly, explaining step by step. If you write "Pretend to be a football coach", it will use sports examples and energy. The role is like a costume: it changes how the AI talks to you, without changing the truth of what it says.

Why does it work? Because the AI has read many texts written by doctors, teachers and tour guides, and it can imitate their tone. An example: "You are a museum guide for children: explain this painting as if telling it to a third-grade class". The answer will be simple, colourful, full of questions. Choosing the right role is like choosing the right glasses: the same thing looks different, and you pick the view that helps you most right now.

🎒 Try it in class (or at home)

Ask the AI to explain the same topic first "like a scientist" and then "like a grandpa telling a fairy tale": notice how it changes.
