Before training, measure. Your team works through real scenarios from their own roles and every prompt earns a 0-100 score across the 7 dimensions, with feedback to the person. The team owner sees each person's average score, attempts, level and certifications in the dashboard, and exports the training register in CSV: a documented basis for AI Act Article 4.
Article 4 asks providers and deployers to take measures that support the development of AI literacy. It does not require guaranteeing any level for any individual, and it sits outside the penalty list of Article 99: no fine is attached to it. What is worth being able to state is who was trained, on what, when and with what outcome.
The platform produces the per-person scores and the CSV register, which states on its face that it is a partial register and that judging adequacy remains the employer's responsibility. The summary of weak areas and training priorities is written by hand by someone at Grace on those numbers and presented in a 30-minute debrief. Inside their own evaluations each person also sees a comparison with the evaluations already collected on the platform, in the form "better than X per cent": it is a comparison internal to Grace and not an industry benchmark. The company must inform the people it assesses.
One-off fee by team size, VAT included: €290 (5 people), €390 (10), €490 (15). The seats bought and the included evaluations stay live for 90 days, then the team returns to the free plan with 5 seats. To carry on, continue with the Team or Business plans.
