Text typography is a weak clue rather than proof, because the automatic punctuation on iOS produces curly quotes by itself: read it alongside the others.
Scenarios written by your company, up to ten per selection, come with both plans. The candidate cap is counted on the account, so it applies across every selection open at the same time; a single selection cannot take more than half of it (25 on HR Starter, 100 on HR Pro). Every candidate confirms their email address before the test begins, so an application only counts once a real person has opened the link.
The score comes from an AI model and it sorts the ranking you read. By activating a plan you undertake not to reject anyone on the score alone or on the integrity light alone: the decision stays human and reasoned and a candidate can ask for a person to review their evaluation. Before starting, every candidate reads who scores them, that the average ranks them and which 5 signals are recorded; at the end they get a page of their own data to withdraw consent or ask for erasure.
No Grace account and no password. The access code is all a candidate needs: they enter name, surname and email, receive a link confirming the address, and the test starts from there. Until they open that link they are not an applicant and none of their data reaches you.
Yes, on both plans, up to 10 scenarios per selection. Write the title and context of each scenario directly in the HR panel. Choose from the ready-made vertical library (insurance and healthcare, with a synthetic score) or create proprietary ones, scored on the 7 dimensions.
