Terms of service

Terms and conditions of use

Effective from 10 October 2026 · Grace Certified · Agora Intelligence

Service owner: Kaimakiweb, VAT IT03945530123, Varese (IT). "Agora Intelligence" and "Grace Certified" are Kaimakiweb brands.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Grace Certified platform ("the Service"), operated by Agora Intelligence, a brand of Kaimakiweb (VAT IT03945530123, Varese, Italy), you fully accept these Terms and conditions of use. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service. Whoever buys without using the platform, as in the AI literacy assessment order form, accepts these Terms through a dedicated box inside that form and separately approves the clauses listed in paragraph 7.

2. Description of the Service

Grace Certified is an educational platform for training and assessing prompt engineering skills, based on real professional scenarios. Evaluation is performed by advanced AI models. The Service offers a progression system with XP, levels, badges and digital certifications.

3. Certifications and public visibility

Certifications earned on Grace Certified are published with a public URL and the user's full name. By completing a certification and not requesting its removal, the user consents to the publication of their full name associated with the result achieved.

The public certification link is verifiable by anyone and contains: full name, certification level (Practitioner / Prompt Engineer / Prompt Master), issue date, expiry date and validity status. This information may be shared by the user or third parties (such as recruiters or employers) for professional verification purposes.

Certification is earned by passing a paid exam: 5 scenarios in 75 minutes, one answer per scenario, drawn from the scenarios with a dedicated rubric that the candidate has never attempted; if never-attempted scenarios run short, the exam also uses scenarios already seen and says so before the start. The lowest score is dropped; the average of the 4 counted scenarios must be at least 75/100 and none of the 4 can be below 50/100. When time runs out the answers given count, if there are at least 4. The fee covers a single session and is due regardless of the outcome.

Attempts and technical failures. Attempts are 7 days apart; each attempt is purchased at the same price. If a platform problem interrupts the session (server unreachable, evaluation error), the lost time is returned or the session is reopened, with no new payment: the user writes to hello@gracecert.com within 48 hours stating the date and time and the request is checked against the session log. Problems with the user's own device or connection remain the user's responsibility.

Monitored session. Tab switches, focus losses and attempts to paste external text are recorded in an event log. At Prompt Master level the webcam takes one picture a minute; the result is issued only if the pictures cover the session, otherwise it goes to review by a person within two working days. Pictures and log are kept for 90 days on a private disk and are visible only to the administration for review. In case of evident abuse the exam is cancelled without refund.

Renewal. The certification is valid for 18 months. In the last 60 days of validity the user can buy a new exam at the same level and, on passing it, obtains a new certification with a new expiry date.

Revocation. The user may request the revocation of their certification by writing to hello@gracecert.com from the account email address. The certification is also revoked in case of refund or payment dispute and in case of proven abuse. After revocation the public link answers "Invalid link or certification removed", without showing personal data.

4. Account and credits

Each account has 5 free evaluations a day in the gym and 5 on the scored exercises (scenarios, math, fix the prompt, problem solving, arena, duels), reset at midnight universal time (UTC). Signed in, both allowances are counted on the account; for anyone using the Service without an account the gym allowance is counted per device and network. Registration grants 10 free credits, plus 1 credit on the first login of each day. Every credit pack is bought with a validity of 12 months from the moment the credits land, which is part of what is being bought: the pack is “N evaluations, valid 12 months”. That validity takes effect from the date Agora Intelligence announces by email with the 15 days' notice of paragraph 13, and it covers credits granted from that day onwards; until that date every credit stays valid with no time limit. Once the validity is in force, every new purchase brings the whole balance back to 12 months from the new date and evaluations always spend the balance that expires first, so anyone who keeps using the Service keeps everything. The date of the first expiry and the credits it covers appear on the Credits page of the account, and the Service sends an email reminder thirty days and seven days before. The Service may grant further promotional credits, such as the referral bonus, streak milestones and efficiency bonuses; for members of a team on an active plan the gym and the scored exercises use no credits within the evaluations included in the plan, which are 20 a day and 80 a week per person, inside a monthly pool of 400 for each seat of the plan, shared by the whole team. Above the included evaluations the exercise keeps working and spends the person's own credits, bought separately. The general limit of 50 evaluations a day per person applies to everyone anyway, and the multi-model functions stay on credits. For members of a team inside the window opened by an AI literacy assessment the included evaluations are 10 a day per person: above those the free daily evaluations apply and then credits, always within the limit of 50. The team's included usage belongs to members who have confirmed their email address: while that confirmation is missing, the scored exercises spend the person's own credits and stop when those credits run out.

Referral programme. The referral bonus is worth 5 credits to the inviter and 5 to the invited person. It arrives on two conditions. First: the invited person must have completed three scored scenario evaluations. Here "evaluations" means scenario attempts, so gym plays, math, fix the prompt and problem solving do not earn the bonus. Second: the inviter is paid for the first 25 invites earned; beyond that number the credit stops. The bonus is paid once per invited person.

What you buy. What you buy is credits, and one credit is worth one evaluation in the gym, on the scenarios, in math, on fix the prompt, on problem solving, in the arena and in duels. The functions that query several models cost one credit for every model queried, so the total depends on the models active at that moment: the exact price is shown before you start. Credit validity is the one set out above.

Promotional credits. Promotional credits (the 10 welcome credits, the credit for the first login of each day, the referral bonus, the streak milestones and the efficiency bonuses) are spent like purchased credits and are worth exactly the same on every function. Each one carries its own 12 months of validity from its own grant and leaves the validity of the credits already on the balance where it is: only a purchase brings the whole balance back to 12 months.

Spending brake. In the 3 days following a paid grant (a direct purchase or a redeemed gift code), spending stops at 100 credits within one hour. Above that threshold, credit actions wait for the next hour and the balance stays intact, so the refusal consumes no credit. The brake protects the Service against payment disputes on freshly bought credits and applies to paid credits alone: anyone spending promotional or older credits never meets it.

Deep text read. The "Human or AI?" analyser gives the quick signals free and with no account. The deep read requires an account and comes with 3 free reads a day per person; above those it costs 1 credit per read. Each day also has a ceiling of deep reads per person and one for the whole Service: once the ceiling is reached the function reopens the following day.

Improve your prompt. The function requires an account. Each account has 3 free analyses in total, with no renewal: the analysis shows what works, what is missing and how the prompt should look for the chosen AI, without delivering the rewritten prompt. Having Grace write the prompt costs one credit per session and includes 3 submissions, that is the first draft and 2 refinements; once the submissions are used the session closes and a new one is needed to continue. If the Service cannot deliver an answer, the free analysis or the refinement is not consumed and the credit for the first draft is returned; an answer that is delivered but unreadable after a retry stays charged to the session. The texts submitted, the analyses and the versions produced stay in the account history, visible only to its holder, and are emptied when the account is deleted. The prompt produced is a suggestion: the user checks that it is fit for purpose before using it.

Functions with no free allowance. The bench (model comparison, injection test), the AI comparison, Judge the AI, Judge Pick and the red team have no free daily allowance: they run on credits from the first use, for every account, members of a team on an active plan included.

Credit refunds. Purchased credits are non-refundable except in cases of documented Service malfunctions. Write to hello@gracecert.com from the account email address, stating the purchase date. When a purchase is refunded, the corresponding credits still unspent are withdrawn from the account.

Gift codes. A credit pack can be bought for someone else: the payment generates a code in the form GRACE-XXXX-XXXX, delivered by email to the recipient given, with a copy always sent to the buyer. The code is redeemed once, from a registered account, and adds the pack credits to that account. The code has no expiry date and carries no name: it belongs to whoever redeems it first, so keep it as you would a bearer voucher. The credits it carries come into being on redemption and count their own validity from that day, like the promotional credits described above. Redeemed credits stay on the account that received them: they are not transferable elsewhere and are not converted back into money. If the buyer obtains a refund, a code not yet redeemed is voided; if it has already been redeemed, the corresponding credits are withdrawn from the account that redeemed it.

Credits and account deletion. Credits belong to the account and are lost when it is deleted: they are not moved to another account and are not converted into money. If you have a balance to spend, use it before closing the account.

The account is strictly personal: one active session at a time and up to 2 registered devices are allowed, manageable from the "Devices" page in your profile. Signing in from a new device closes the previous session. Sharing credentials with third parties is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, protecting players and the value of certifications.

Prices and receipts. All prices include VAT. After each purchase made from an account, the receipt is in the payments history on the Credits page; for purchases without an account it arrives by email from Stripe.

Minimum age. The Service is reserved for people aged 14 or over. By registering, the user declares being at least 14; for children under 14, registration requires the consent of the holder of parental responsibility (who can write to hello@gracecert.com).

Purchases reserved for adults. Account creation is open from age 14, while purchases (credit packs, certification exams, decks, the Pro course, Team plans, HR plans and the AI literacy assessment) are reserved for users aged 18 or over. Purchases are reserved for adults for gifts too: whoever buys a credit pack as a gift declares being of age in the same way, with or without an account. Before the first purchase, the user declares being of age and the declaration is recorded on the account; for the AI literacy assessment the declaration is made in the order form and travels to the server with the order. Parents or holders of parental responsibility can write to us at hello@gracecert.com.

Right of withdrawal (credits, exams, course, subscriptions). When purchasing credits or exams, the consumer expressly requests immediate performance of the digital content and acknowledges that, once credited, the right of withdrawal (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code) is lost. For the Pro course the first lesson is free and the waiver of withdrawal takes effect when the second lesson is completed. For Team, Business and HR subscriptions the service starts at once and withdrawal is excluded for the first period already in use. The AI literacy assessment is sold to companies and follows the rules of paragraph 7, which apply to a buyer who turns out to be a consumer too. Refunds for documented Service malfunctions remain unaffected.

Prompt Battle decks, physical goods and withdrawal. For predefined sets the consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery: write to hello@gracecert.com with the order number; return shipping is paid by the buyer and the refund arrives within 14 days of receiving the goods intact. Personalised decks (logo, dedication, buyer-selected cards) are made-to-measure goods: for these, withdrawal is excluded under art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code. Statutory conformity warranties remain unaffected in all cases.

5. Subscriptions (Team, Business, HR)

The Team, Business, HR Starter and HR Pro plans are monthly subscriptions with automatic renewal, paid by card through Stripe. Cancellation is done from the subscription management portal and takes effect at the end of the period already paid: the plan stays active until that date. No pro rata refund of the current period is provided.

When the team returns to the free plan it keeps 5 seats. Members above the limit stay in the team until the owner removes them and no new member can join while the team exceeds the available seats.

Failed payment. If the renewal fails, Stripe retries the charge on its own schedule and the plan stays active in the meantime; once Stripe marks the subscription as unpaid, the team returns at once to the free plan under the rules of the previous paragraph.

On HR plans the grace period has a written length: from the first failed charge the selections stay open for 7 days, then they stop accepting candidates until the payment goes through. The HR panel shows the date the grace period ends.

Plan change. From Team to Business you upgrade in the app: the difference for the remaining period is prorated on the days left. The downgrade from Business to Team is done from the subscription management portal.

Early closure. "Delete team" and account deletion close the plan at once, with no refund of the remaining period.

Access after purchase. After buying a plan, the owner's account requires two-step verification at login.

Support. Paid plans have email support at hello@gracecert.com, with no guaranteed response time.

VAT. Prices include VAT. At the plan checkout you can enter a VAT number, optional, which is collected and written on the subscription document. That document is a receipt: between Italian VAT-registered parties an invoice travels electronically through the national interchange system, which the platform does not issue. Whoever needs the electronic invoice asks for it at hello@gracecert.com.

6. Pro course

The Pro course is bought with a one-off payment, VAT included. The first lesson is free and lets you evaluate the course before buying. After purchase, access to the course has no expiry. Each lesson includes up to three questions to Grace about the lesson's content. The practices of a purchased or included course stay outside the daily count of free evaluations, up to sixteen a day. By completing the second lesson the consumer requests immediate performance of the digital content and waives the right of withdrawal (art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code). A full refund closes access to the course and cancels the attendance certificate that was issued. The Pro course is included in the paid Team and Business plans for every team member, for the duration of the plan.

7. AI literacy assessment

The AI literacy assessment is a one-off service, priced by band: €290 for 5 people to assess, €390 for 10, €490 for 15, VAT included. The number bought counts the people to assess alone: the team owner's seat sits outside that number and takes none of them. It is bought from the order form, where the buyer accepts these Terms through a dedicated box and separately approves the clauses listed at the end of this paragraph; in the form they give the company name and a contact email, and the VAT number here or on the Stripe page. Promotion codes are not accepted on this checkout.

Who buys, and which rules apply. In the order form the buyer declares to be buying in the course of their company's business or professional activity. That declaration does not turn a consumer into a professional: consumer status depends on the real purpose of the purchase and is an objective fact. If the buyer is a consumer, the protections of the Italian Consumer Code remain theirs, with withdrawal governed further down this paragraph.

Receipt and electronic invoice. The VAT number given is collected and written on the order and on the document the client receives. That document is a receipt: between Italian VAT-registered parties an invoice travels electronically through the national interchange system, which the platform does not issue. Whoever needs the electronic invoice asks for it at hello@gracecert.com, quoting the order reference.

What it covers. Once the payment is settled, the buyer's team is created or raised to the number of seats bought, plus the owner's seat, for 90 days, and within that window the members use evaluations without spending credits, within the daily per-person cap stated in paragraph 4, which applies to every account and does not lift during the window. A second order placed while the window is open adds the people bought to the ones already live and keeps the later of the two expiry dates. If the order arrives without an account, the window opens when the contact address signs up, within 90 days of the order; after that the automatic opening stops and it is requested at hello@gracecert.com, because an address may have changed hands, and the paid order stays valid. Each seat of the window is spent by the first person who takes it and stays spent until the window expires: if that person leaves the team or asks to be removed from the register, the seat does not become available to someone else. During the assessment week every prompt receives a 0-100 score across the 7 dimensions with feedback to the person; the team owner sees each member's average score, attempts, level and certifications in the dashboard and exports the training register in CSV. Inside their own evaluations each person also sees a comparison with the evaluations already collected on the platform, in the form "better than X per cent": it is a comparison internal to Grace and not an industry benchmark. The summary of weak areas and training priorities is prepared by someone at Grace from the dashboard numbers and presented in a 30-minute debrief: it is a hand-written document, not a file generated by the platform. At the end of the 90 days the team returns to the free plan with 5 seats, under the rules of paragraph 5.

Times, and what happens if they slip. Access links arrive within 1 working day of the settled payment; the written summary and the debrief within 7 days of the assessment week closing. If access has not arrived within 3 working days, the client may cancel the order by writing to hello@gracecert.com and receives a full refund. If the summary and the debrief have not arrived within 14 days of the week closing, the client may ask for a refund of 30% of the price, which is the share of that part. The debrief is scheduled together: a postponement asked for by the client moves the deadlines by the same amount.

Client withdrawal while the service runs. The client may stop the service at any time by writing to hello@gracecert.com. The part already performed stays due, calculated as follows: team activation 20% of the price, assessment week 50%, written summary and debrief 30%. Whoever stops the service before the assessment week begins pays no share for the week. If the service is stopped before the access links go out, the refund is full. The share already due is not returned and the extra seats close at the end of the declared window.

Buyer who is a consumer. In the order form the buyer expressly asks for the service to start at once, before the fourteen withdrawal days have run. If the buyer is a consumer and withdraws once the service has started, they pay the part already performed at the shares in the previous paragraph (arts. 51 and 57 of the Italian Consumer Code), and the right of withdrawal is spent when the service has been performed in full (art. 59). Without that express request, withdrawal would stay full for fourteen days.

Duties of the company. The buying company is the data controller towards the people it assesses and Kaimakiweb processes that data as a processor, on the company's behalf and on its instructions (art. 28 GDPR), with the detail in the privacy policy, section 6. The company informs those people before the assessment starts. The assessment produces a documented basis for AI Act Article 4: the article asks organisations to support the development of AI literacy, does not require guaranteeing any level and sits outside the penalty list of Article 99. Grace issues no declarations of conformity and does not replace legal assessment of the client's situation.

Dashboard and monitoring of employees. The dashboard shows the team owner each person's average score, attempts, measured minutes, level, certifications and last activity. Where those people are employees, that data amounts to remote monitoring of work: Article 4 of the Italian Workers' Statute (law 300/1970) allows tools from which such monitoring derives only after an agreement with the union representatives or an authorisation from the labour inspectorate, and in any case on condition that workers are given adequate information on how the tools are used and on how checks are carried out. Checking and meeting those conditions falls to the buying company, before it opens the dashboard.

Commitments of the buyer. By buying the assessment the company undertakes not to take decisions about staff, career paths or the employment relationship on the basis of the automatic score alone: the decision stays human and reasoned. It further undertakes to examine the request of an assessed person asking for a human review of their evaluation, to let them express their point of view and to allow them to contest the outcome. The assessed person can write to hello@gracecert.com at any time and sees the detail of their own evaluations from their own account.

Clauses approved separately. In the assessment order form the buyer approves, through a dedicated box separate from the general acceptance of these Terms, the following clauses: paragraph 7 on what stays due if the service stops midway, paragraph 12 on the limitation of liability, paragraph 13 on changes to these Terms with 15 days' notice, paragraph 14 on the exclusive jurisdiction of Varese.

8. HR plans

HR plans come with monthly quotas: HR Starter includes 50 applications per calendar month and 10 visible candidate contacts per calendar month; HR Pro includes 200 applications per calendar month with unlimited visible contacts. One application is one person signing up for one selection: the same person applying to two different selections uses two applications. The application cap is counted on the account that owns the selections, so it applies across every selection open at the same time, and a single selection cannot take more than half of it (25 on HR Starter, 100 on HR Pro). Quotas reset on the first day of each month and unused quotas do not carry over. Scenarios written by the company are included in both plans, up to ten per selection; candidate export to CSV is included in HR Pro alone. Candidates take part in selections at no cost.

Classification of the module under the AI Act. The selection module is a high-risk artificial intelligence system: it falls under Annex III, point 4(a) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, which covers systems intended to be used to evaluate candidates in the course of selection procedures. Kaimakiweb is its provider. The company that opens a selection and uses it under its own authority is the deployer. The Chapter III duties for Annex III systems apply from 2 December 2027, under the timetable rewritten by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744: the rules of this paragraph apply between us and the buyer at once, without waiting for that date.

Instructions for use of the module. The instructions for use are this paragraph together with section 7 of the privacy policy: they set out the intended purpose, what the score measures and what it does not, the integrity signals with their limits, the data the module receives as input, retention and the human oversight that falls to the buyer. The intended purpose is a single one: evaluating a candidate's prompting test in a selection opened by the plan holder. Any other use, such as measuring people already hired or reusing an outcome for a different selection, sits outside these instructions.

Duties of the company using the module. By activating an HR plan and opening a selection, the holder undertakes to:

Explanation of the individual decision. A candidate subject to a decision based on the outcome of the test, where that decision produces legal effects or significantly affects them, has the right to obtain from the plan holder a clear and meaningful explanation of the role the module played in that decision and of the main elements the decision was built on. The holder answers the candidate directly. On request at hello@gracecert.com we make the technical detail of the evaluation available to the holder: the per-dimension scores, the written feedback and the integrity signals of that test.

Event log of the test. For every test the platform records the events that document it: start and submission times, time per scenario, the text of the answers, per-dimension scores, written feedback and the 5 integrity signals. Those logs stay available to the plan holder for as long as the selection is open and for the 90 days that follow its closure, then they are deleted along with the candidate data. A holder who has to keep them longer, to document their own decisions or to meet a duty of their own, exports them before deletion, through the CSV export included in HR Pro or by asking at hello@gracecert.com: from that moment the retention is theirs and so is the responsibility for it.

Confirmation of the candidate's address. Whoever signs up for a selection receives a confirmation link at their email address and the test starts from there. Until that link is opened the application does not exist, it takes up no quota of the plan and no data reaches the plan holder.

Automatic evaluation and ranking. Every candidate answer receives a 0-100 score from an artificial intelligence model, with no prior reading by a person. The average of those scores ranks the candidates in the list the plan holder reads. The score measures the quality of the prompt written in the scenario proposed: it is not a measure of the person's professional worth and not a prediction of their performance.

Integrity signals. Along with the answers the platform records 5 integrity signals, all visible to the plan holder: time per scenario, paste events, window exits, text typography, typing speed. The text typography signal is a weak clue rather than proof: the automatic punctuation of some operating systems produces curly quotes and apostrophes by itself, so it has to be read alongside the others. The green, amber or red light is a summary of those signals, not a sixth signal.

Commitments of the buyer. By activating an HR plan the holder undertakes not to exclude any candidate on the basis of the automatic score alone or the integrity light alone: the decision on who to meet and who to hire stays human and reasoned. The holder further undertakes to examine the request of a candidate asking for a human review of their evaluation, to let them express their point of view and to allow them to contest the outcome. The holder is the data controller for candidate data and uses the results only for the selection they were collected for.

Candidate rights. From every screen of the test, a test left halfway included, the candidate opens their own data page, in the browser they came in from and for as long as the attempt code stays there: they see what was collected and from that page they ask for a human review, withdraw consent or ask for erasure, through a request that goes by email to hello@gracecert.com and that we record by hand within 30 days. Whoever changes device, or clears their browsing data, writes to the same address from the mailbox used in the test quoting the offer code, and the road stays open: the page is a shortcut, not the only way to exercise those rights. The data of a selection is deleted 90 days after it closes. The detail sits in the privacy policy, section 7.

9. HR Visibility (optional)

Users may optionally choose to make their profile visible to HR agencies and recruiters through the "HR Visibility" feature on the profile page. This feature is disabled by default. The user may revoke it at any time. Shareable data includes: progress (completed scenarios, scores), sessions and frequency, badges, current level and status. None of this data is shared without the user's explicit consent.

10. Prohibited content and conduct

It is prohibited to use the Service to generate, transmit or store unlawful, offensive, defamatory content or content that violates third-party rights. It is prohibited to attempt to circumvent the evaluation or credit systems. Serious violations result in immediate account suspension.

⚖️ Fair play

Grace exists to help people build real skills. Using AI tools to generate the prompts submitted for evaluation, in particular in duels, tournaments, HR selections and certification tests, constitutes abuse: it damages the platform, other users, and above all the person committing it. During tests, technical signals are recorded (execution time, paste events, window switches) for integrity verification. Confirmed abuse results in account removal and cancellation of earned certifications, with no refund of remaining credits.

11. Intellectual property

Platform content (scenarios, rubrics, texts, design) is the property of Agora Intelligence. The user retains ownership of the prompts they produce. Agora Intelligence may use aggregated, anonymous usage data to improve the Service.

Prompts submitted for evaluation may be stored in an anonymous archive, dissociated from the account (free of name, email or other identifiers), for statistical analysis and Service improvement. Prompts found to contain personal data are excluded from this archive.

Community rules: prompts containing insults, hate speech, content sexualising minors, violence or severe profanity are blocked and logged (date, time, content and account or technical identifier) for moderation purposes. The first violation results in a warning; the second results in account suspension.

12. Limitation of liability

Evaluations produced by the Service are AI-generated and are for training purposes only. They do not constitute professional judgements certified by recognised bodies. Agora Intelligence is not liable for decisions made by third parties based on issued certifications.

13. Changes to terms

Agora Intelligence reserves the right to modify these Terms with 15 days' notice by email. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Kaimakiweb may assign this agreement and its user relationships as part of corporate transactions (merger, acquisition, contribution or transfer of the business or a business unit), notifying users accordingly. Acquired rights (credits, certifications, active subscriptions) remain valid with the succeeding entity.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Varese (Italy) has exclusive jurisdiction, unless otherwise provided by law applicable to consumers.
