🛠️ AI and work: jobs that change

AI will take over some tasks, new jobs will appear. Lifelong learners win.

When tractors arrived, farm work changed forever; when computers arrived, offices changed. With AI it will happen again: machines will take over some repetitive tasks, and people will move toward what we remain unbeatable at, inventing, deciding in brand-new situations, understanding emotions, caring for others.

New jobs will appear too: people who teach AIs, people who audit them, people who use them in creative ways we can barely imagine. Your grandparents saw jobs appear that their grandparents never knew. The truest advice is ancient: learn how to learn. The curious and adaptable will always find their place, after all, machines know how to answer, and the world will always be hungry for those who ask the right questions.

🎒 Try it in class (or at home)

Home interview: ask parents or grandparents "which technology changed your job?". Then in class: which part of your dream job could an AI help with, and which part will stay entirely yours?
