🔍 The detective game: verifying answers

Trust is fine, checking is better: three moves to verify any answer.

A good detective has one rule: every clue gets confirmed. It works the same with AI, and three moves are enough. Move 1: ask for sources ("where does this information come from?"). Move 2: look for confirmation somewhere independent, a book, an encyclopedia, an official site. Move 3: ask a knowledgeable adult when the topic matters.

There is a fun trick too: ask the same question in two different ways, or to two different AIs. Very different answers are an alarm bell. The detective inside you gets sharper with every check, and this skill will serve you for life, with AI and with the whole internet.

🎒 Try it in class (or at home)

Detective mission: the AI gives you 5 "facts" about an animal chosen by the class. In groups, verify each fact in the encyclopedia or library books. How many were accurate?
