2. An objective score before the interview: the candidate goes through practical scenarios targeted to the role. Grace assigns a score based on the answers, not on the recruiter's impression.
3. Five integrity signals recorded automatically: time per scenario, paste events, window exits, text typography, typing speed. Grace shows them before the candidate even reaches the interview. Text typography stays a weak clue rather than proof, because the automatic punctuation on iOS produces curly quotes by itself: read it alongside the others.

How do I organise selections across several client companies?

Every open position is linked to a client: create it once and reuse it for every future mandate from that company. From the dashboard you filter selections by client and see at once how many are active for each one, all from the same account.

How is the candidate score calculated?

The candidate goes through practical scenarios targeted to the role, either your own or taken from the HR community library. Answers are scored and return an objective number, alongside the five integrity signals (time per scenario, paste events, window exits, text typography, typing speed) that help you spot answers that are not the candidate's own work before the interview.

How many candidate contacts can I unlock a month?

The HR Starter plan includes 10 contact unlocks a month, and the counter restarts at the beginning of the month. The HR Pro plan has unlimited contact unlocks.

Can I export candidate data?

CSV export, with every selection and scoring column, is included in the HR Pro plan. On HR Starter creating selections stays unlimited, while export is not included.

Is there a free trial?

Not a time-limited trial: the subscription starts right away. In the 15-minute call we walk through a real scenario together before you decide whether to activate it.

Can I cancel whenever I want?

Yes, it is a monthly subscription with no minimum commitment. On cancellation, access to creating selections, unlocks and export is turned off, while your data stays saved and becomes visible again if you reactivate a plan.
