After evaluating five vendors for an ERP system, the team must present the selection recommendation to management. The user must build a presentation that explains the evaluation criteria, compares the options fairly with the score given to each, makes a clear recommendation with supporting rationale, and covers the implementation plan.
Write the prompt you would give any AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to solve this real workplace scenario. Grace evaluates it in seconds across 7 dimensions: Role, Context, Objective, Constraints, Format, Audience, Efficiency, with a 0-100 score and coaching feedback. 5 free evaluations a day, counted on your account when you are signed in.
After evaluating five vendors for an ERP system, the team must present the selection recommendation to management. It is a beginner-level Operations training scenario: you write the prompt you would give an AI to handle this situation, and Grace scores it from 0 to 100 with coaching feedback.
Completing this beginner scenario earns up to 100 XP. XP accumulates towards your level on Grace and unlocks badges and the certification exam.
It is designed for Operations professionals and anyone who wants to handle this kind of situation with AI. The beginner difficulty makes it a good entry point, with room to chase a high score.
Yes. Read the coaching feedback, strengthen the weak dimensions and submit again: your best score is what counts. When you clear it, 8 related Operations scenarios are waiting.
No card needed: the free daily evaluations described above cover it, and only extra attempts beyond that cost 1 credit each. That is enough to attempt "Vendor Selection Presentation", read the feedback and retry with a stronger prompt.
