You are here because a company that is hiring gave you an offer code. Enter the code, leave your name and email, then open the confirmation link we send to that address: the test starts from there. Until you open it you are not an applicant and nothing reaches the company. Taking part costs you nothing and needs no account.
Each scenario is a real work situation. You write the prompt you would give an AI to handle it, or the solution to the problem, and you send it. Answers are final and no score appears until the end, when you get your average out of 100 and the written feedback on every answer.
An artificial intelligence model scores every answer across the 7 dimensions of the Grace method, with no person reading it first, and the average of those scores places you in a ranking the company reads already sorted. The decision on who to meet stays with the company, which undertakes in our Terms not to reject anyone on the score alone. You can ask for a person to review your evaluation, give your point of view and contest the outcome.
Along with your answers, 5 integrity signals are recorded and shared with the company: time per scenario, paste events, window exits, text typography, typing speed. Text typography is a weak clue rather than proof: the automatic punctuation on iOS produces curly quotes and apostrophes by itself, so a high count proves nothing on its own.
The company that opened the selection is the controller of your data and Grace processes it on its behalf. At the end of the test you get a page of your own data, showing what was collected, from which you withdraw consent and ask for erasure. With no request from you, the data is deleted 90 days after the company closes the selection. The full notice is in the privacy policy, section 7.
