Once, people learned a trade when young and did it the same way for their whole life. Today the world changes so fast that the tools of your childhood will be different when you grow up. It sounds hard, but it is also an adventure: it means you keep learning new things forever, not just at school. Those who stay curious and willing to learn are not afraid of change, because they know they will manage to adapt.
