Account Executive

You bring Grace to companies: from first call to signature. You sell a product that solves a real problem, training people on AI with verifiable proof.

What you will do

Own the full sales cycle, from demo to close
Qualify leads and build a healthy pipeline
Run demos that show value, not just features
Negotiate and close B2B contracts
Bring field insights back to product and marketing

What we are looking for

2+ years of B2B sales, ideally SaaS or training
You listen and understand the problem before pitching
Strong relationship and negotiation skills
Fluent Italian and English
Goal-oriented and autonomous
