Senior Frontend Engineer (React)

A React 19 + Tailwind 4 SPA with 40+ pages, animated gamification, an AI evaluator on the homepage and an audience from teenagers to over-60s. You will make the complex feel simple.

What you will do

Development and refactoring of key pages (evaluator, Arena, diary, dictionary)
Design system: reusable components, visual consistency, dark-pattern-free
Performance: bundling, code-splitting, Core Web Vitals, SEO prerender
Accessibility and i18n (IT/EN) as requirements, not options
Micro-interactions and animations that bring the product to life without weighing it down

What we are looking for

5+ years of frontend work, with React and TypeScript in production
A designer's eye: you know when an interface is ready and when it is not
Experience with web performance and frontend technical SEO
You have built interfaces for non-technical audiences
Fluent Italian or English
