Senior Full-Stack Engineer

Laravel 12 + React 19 on a living product: AI training scenarios, gamification (XP, Arena, League), verifiable certifications and payments. End-to-end features, from data model to pixel.

What you will do

• Full-feature development: Laravel APIs, React/Tailwind UI, MySQL migrations
• Evolution of core systems: AI evaluation, XP progression, Arena and duels
• Payments integration (Stripe: checkout, webhooks, subscriptions)
• Quality: tests, reviews, observability of critical flows
• Close collaboration with the founder on priorities and user feedback

What we are looking for

• 5+ years full-stack, with PHP/Laravel and React/TypeScript in production
• Experience with online payments and third-party APIs
• You work autonomously in a small team with frequent deploys
• Care for UX and detail: the frontend is not an afterthought
• Fluent Italian or English (the other at professional level)
