You build and nurture the Grace community: people who learn, share and grow together. The everyday voice of the brand where people meet.

What you will do

• Animate social channels and community spaces
• Reply, moderate and spark conversation
• Collect feedback and stories from users
• Organize initiatives, challenges and live moments
• Bridge users and internal teams

What we are looking for

• Experience in community or social management
• Empathy, quick thinking and excellent writing
• Ability to handle tone and difficult situations
• Fluent Italian and English
• Bonus: you have grown a community from zero
