You are the first response for Grace users: fast, clear, kind to people. You solve, explain and turn a problem into trust.

What you will do

• Answer user requests across multiple channels
• Solve problems and explain features clearly
• Flag bugs and recurring themes to the team
• Keep the knowledge base and FAQ updated
• Deliver support that leaves a mark

What we are looking for

• Excellent written communication and patience
• Ability to explain technical things simply
• Fluent Italian and English
• Reliability and a service mindset
• Bonus: support or help-desk experience
