What you will do

• Build dashboards and reports people actually use
• Analyze user behavior, funnels and retention
• Answer business questions with data
• Define clear, shared metrics
• Help every team read its own numbers

What we are looking for

• 2+ years as a data analyst
• Solid SQL; an analysis language (Python/R) a plus
• Ability to communicate results clearly
• Fluent Italian or English
• Bonus: experience with digital products
