What you will do

Build dashboards and reports people actually use
Analyze user behavior, funnels and retention
Answer business questions with data
Define clear, shared metrics
Help every team read its own numbers

What we are looking for

2+ years as a data analyst
Solid SQL; an analysis language (Python/R) a plus
Ability to communicate results clearly
Fluent Italian or English
Bonus: experience with digital products
