Enterprise / HR Sales Manager

You sell Grace to large clients and HR leaders: tailored AI training paths with verifiable certifications for entire teams.

What you will do

• Run complex deals with multiple stakeholders
• Build tailored proposals for HR and L&D leaders
• Grow long-term relationships with key accounts
• Coordinate pilots and rollouts with the product team
• Hit revenue targets on enterprise contracts

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of enterprise B2B or HR-focused sales
• Experience with long cycles and multiple decision-makers
• Ability to speak to value and ROI, not just price
• Fluent Italian and English
• Bonus: network in HR/L&D or corporate training
