You keep Grace's finances in order: billing, subscriptions, cash and reporting. Clean numbers, informed decisions.

What you will do

• Manage billing, collections and reconciliations (incl. Stripe)
• Track cash, costs and forecasts
• Prepare clear financial reporting
• Coordinate compliance with external advisors
• Improve administrative processes

What we are looking for

• Experience in finance, administration or control
• Precision and confidentiality
• Comfort with spreadsheets and accounting tools
• Fluent Italian; good English
• Bonus: experience with SaaS and recurring payments
