Operations Manager

You keep the Grace machine running: processes, tools, vendors and numbers. You make the company run while others build.

What you will do

• Define and simplify internal processes
• Manage tools, vendors and operational contracts
• Keep metrics and reporting under control
• Coordinate cross-team activities
• Find and remove the friction that slows things down

What we are looking for

• 3+ years in operations, project management or similar
• Order, method and attention to detail
• Comfort with data and operational tools
• Fluent Italian and English
• Bonus: experience in a scaling startup
