You help Grace find and grow the right people: hiring, onboarding, culture. With a hiring method based on proof, not on the CV.

What you will do

• Run the hiring process end-to-end
• Own onboarding and the new-joiner experience
• Coordinate the freelance and contributor network
• Steward the culture and practices of a remote team
• Improve the proof-based hiring method

What we are looking for

• Experience in HR, recruiting or people ops
• Empathy, organization and discretion
• Ability to assess people fairly
• Fluent Italian and English
• Bonus: experience with remote teams or startups
