Performance Marketer (Paid)

You run Grace's paid acquisition: campaigns that bring users at the right cost, measured to the cent and improved every week.

What you will do

• Run paid campaigns (search, social, display)
• Optimize CAC, ROAS and traffic quality
• A/B test creatives and targeting
• Tie spend to real product outcomes
• Report performance with clarity and honesty

What we are looking for

• 2+ years managing paid budgets
• Mastery of ad platforms and tracking
• Analytical rigor and budget discipline
• Fluent Italian and English
• Bonus: experience with mobile and web apps
