Product Manager

You drive the Grace product end-to-end: training scenarios, certifications, gamification and the mobile app. You turn user needs into a roadmap, and the roadmap into shipped features.

What you will do

Define roadmap and priorities from real usage data and user feedback
Write clear, testable specs, from problem to acceptance criteria
Work closely with engineering, design and content
Measure feature impact with activation and retention metrics
Be the voice of the user in every product decision

What we are looking for

3+ years as a Product Manager on B2C or B2B digital products
You read data and turn it into decisions
Excellent writing and synthesis (IT and EN)
Experience with technical teams and fast release cycles
Bonus: familiarity with AI/LLM and education products
