Sales Development Rep (SDR)

You open doors: you find the right companies, reach out and start the first conversations that become opportunities. The engine at the top of the funnel.

What you will do

• Identify and reach target companies (outbound)
• Write personalized messages that get replies
• Qualify interest and book first calls
• Keep the CRM clean and up to date
• Constantly test and improve your approaches

What we are looking for

• First sales/SDR experience or strong drive to start
• Excellent writing and synthesis
• Resilience and consistency (the funnel is volume and quality)
• Fluent Italian and English
• Curiosity about AI and the product
