Senior Data & Analytics Engineer

Every evaluation produces precious data: 7-dimension scores, progression, retention, funnels. You will build the data platform that drives product decisions and powers the B2B HR module.

What you will do

• Data pipelines from MySQL/app events to decision dashboards
• Product metrics: activation, retention, conversion, LTV
• AI engine analytics: score distributions, consistency, drift
• B2B reporting for the HR module (candidate aggregates, benchmarks)
• Privacy by design: anonymisation and GDPR across all flows

What we are looking for

• 4+ years with data: pipelines, modelling, advanced SQL
• Product analytics experience in a startup or scale-up
• Ability to go from data to actionable insight (and communicate it clearly)
• Concrete privacy/GDPR sensitivity
• Fluent Italian or English
