Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

Today Grace runs on a lean infrastructure with automated deploys via GitHub Actions. You will grow it: environments, observability, zero-downtime, disaster recovery, without turning it into a construction site.

What you will do

• Infrastructure evolution (today: nginx, PHP-FPM, MySQL, Cloudflare)
• Observability: logs, metrics, alerting, error tracking
• Staging environments and zero-downtime deploys
• Backups, disaster recovery and security hardening
• Cloud costs under control while traffic grows

What we are looking for

• 5+ years across DevOps/SRE/platform, with LEMP stacks and CDNs in production
• GitHub Actions (or equivalent CI) used as a product tool
• Incident response experience: you know what to do at 3am
• Pragmatic approach: the right infrastructure for the right stage
• Fluent Italian or English
