Senior Security Engineer

Grace handles payments, HR candidate data and publicly verifiable certifications: trust is the product. You will secure the platform and processes — including the new attack surface of AI systems (prompt injection, jailbreaks).

What you will do

Application security review (auth, sessions, APIs, payments)
Infrastructure and supply-chain hardening (dependencies, CI)
AI system security: prompt injection, jailbreaks, data leakage
Processes: secrets management, incident response, disclosure policy
Compliance support (GDPR, and looking ahead, the AI Act)

What we are looking for

6+ years in application security or security engineering
Assessment experience on web stacks (PHP/Laravel a plus)
Knowledge of LLM security (OWASP LLM Top 10) or strong demonstrated interest
Ability to propose fixes proportionate to the company's stage
Fluent Italian or English
