Claude

Claude is the family of language models developed by Anthropic, founded in 2021 by former OpenAI researchers with an explicit AI safety mission. Claude models are known for writing quality, complex instruction following, large context windows and a "thoughtful" character resulting from the Constitutional AI approach.
