Automazione AI
AI automation is the use of artificial intelligence to automatically perform tasks that traditionally required constant human intervention. It differs from traditional automation (based on rigid rules) in its ability to handle unstructured inputs, data variability, and situations requiring "judgment", characteristics made possible by modern language models.
Common AI automation applications in business include: automatic categorization and routing of emails and support tickets, data extraction from unstructured documents (invoices, contracts, reports), generation of first drafts of standard documents, automatic summarization of meetings and calls, monitoring and alerts on social media and news, and automated reporting from structured data.
The quality of AI automation critically depends on the quality of the prompts guiding the models at each step of the process. Organizations that invest in prompting training, like those using Grace for their teams, get AI automation systems that are more reliable, accurate and maintainable than those relying on generic prompts.
