Workflow AI
An AI workflow is a structured sequence of tasks and processes in which one or more AI models play specific roles, integrating with existing systems and with human intervention at critical points. Unlike direct chatbot use, an AI workflow is designed to automate repeatable processes at enterprise scale.
A typical AI workflow might include: an automatic trigger (a new customer email arrives), extraction of key information (name, request, urgency) via an LLM, a search of company FAQs via RAG, generation of a draft response, human review (for complex cases), and automatic or assisted sending. Each step can involve a different LLM optimized for that specific task.
Professionals who know how to build effective prompts, the skill Grace teaches, have a real edge in designing AI workflows: every node in the workflow that involves an LLM depends on the quality of the instructions given to the model. A poorly designed AI workflow with vague prompts produces unreliable output; a well-designed one with precise prompts produces scalable value.
