API

An API (Application Programming Interface) is a set of protocols and tools that allow different software to communicate with each other. In the context of artificial intelligence, language model APIs, such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Mistral, allow developers to integrate AI model capabilities directly into their own applications, without having to manage the model's infrastructure.
