Meta-prompting

Meta-prompting means using AI to improve prompts themselves: asking the model to write, critique or optimize a prompt before using it. Models know their own workings well, they recognize vague prompts and know what would make them effective.

Definition

It accelerates learning, but the AI-generated prompt must always be verified and adapted to the real context only you know. Meta-prompting multiplies existing skill; it does not replace it.
