AI Dictionary › Prompting
A prompt is the textual instruction a user provides to an AI model to obtain a specific output. It is, essentially, the language used to communicate with AI: the more precise, detailed and structured the prompt, the more useful and relevant the response will be.
There is no single correct form of prompt: it can be a question, a command, a scenario description, a role to play, or a combination of these elements. The quality of the prompt largely determines the quality of the output generated by the model.
In Grace, every scenario asks you to write the optimal prompt to solve a real business situation. Your prompt is evaluated on 7 dimensions: Role Assignment, Context, Specific Objective, Constraints, Output Format, Audience and Token Efficiency. Improving the quality of your prompt is the platform's central mission.
