Context (in prompting)

Contesto (nel prompting)

Context, in prompting, is the set of background information that allows the AI to make correct assumptions instead of inventing them. Without context, the model doesn't know who you are, what company you work in, what the situation history is, what relevant data exists, or what internal dynamics to respect.

Definition

Providing adequate context includes: who you are and your role, the specific situation, relevant data, and any other information that an expert consultant would need to give you a useful answer.

How it's used in Grace

In Grace, Context is worth 20% of the score, making it the most important dimension. The AI judge rewards complete context: industry, company size, specific situation, numerical data where relevant. For each scenario, ask yourself: "What would an expert consultant need to know to give me a truly useful answer?"
